Job Description
**Job Title** Brand Manager Oncology **Role Summary** Spearhead marketing strategy and execution for the breast and lung oncology portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg. Lead cross‑functional teams to develop customer‑centric plans that drive sustained uptake and superior customer experience within the local market. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable product uptake and customer satisfaction. - Act as catalyst for collaboration between local, regional, medical, pricing, and sales functions. - Maintain alignment with global oncology community brand plans while tailoring to local market nuances. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market landscape analysis (patients, caregivers, HCPs, payers). - Gather and synthesize external insights; translate into local strategic and tactical plans. - Lead thought‑leader engagement with oncologists, gynaecologists, and other HCPs. - Coordinate with PRA to secure pricing and reimbursement access. - Partner with regional marketing teams to embed oncology commercialization strategies locally. - Develop and execute cross‑functional customer plans, including sales materials with Value‑Based Selling (VBS) integration. - Monitor plan execution, analyze customer feedback metrics, and adjust tactics accordingly. - Ensure compliance with ethics, compliance, and local regulations. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience (oncology preferred). - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project‑management abilities. - Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self‑starter able to work autonomously and lead multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of channel mix and e‑channel options. - Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Medical Sciences or Business. ---
