**Role Summary**
Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, and build Power Automate flows that integrate data across Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce exports, and other systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate reporting needs into automated pipelines, ensure data quality, and support governance initiatives. Present findings and automation outcomes to stakeholders and apply program‑management principles to deliver on time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create, test, and sustain Power Automate cloud flows that move data between Power BI, SharePoint lists, Excel/CSV files, and other sources.
- Implement approval workflows (L1/L2/VP), notifications, and data‑capture logic tied to tracking dashboards.
- Work with Power BI owner to translate reporting needs into automated pipelines.
- Monitor flow performance, troubleshoot failures and data mismatches, and harden solutions for scalability.
- Develop clear documentation (flow diagrams, field mappings, naming conventions).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support ongoing data quality and governance initiatives.
- Present findings and automation outcomes to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
- Apply program‑management practices to prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, data visualization).
- Solid understanding of SharePoint list structures and Excel/CSV data handling.
- Ability to read and work with Power Query (M); simple DAX an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in program management: planning, tracking, reporting on milestones.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
