**Role Summary**
Oversee end‑to‑end product merchandising on an e‑commerce platform, ensuring accurate categorization, optimal pricing, and timely launches. Drive site performance through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to boost conversion and profitability across multiple regions.
**Expectations**
- Deliver actionable insights from daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain high data integrity and product presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional activities in line with global strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with buying, merchandising, marketing, technology, inventory, and customer service teams.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑currency environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Track site performance; create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and ROI for merchandising decisions.
- Develop and execute product assortment strategy aligned with global e‑commerce objectives.
- Coordinate product uploads, launch schedules, and detail page updates.
- Oversee inventory levels; adjust site merchandising with logistics and planning teams.
- Manage seasonal markdowns, price books, and promotional calendars.
- Conduct web analytics reviews, A/B testing, and navigation optimisations to improve conversion.
- Monitor customer journey and recommend improvements for higher conversion rates.
- Liaise with production teams for photo shoots, samples, and delivery workflows.
- Support global e‑commerce strategy across regions, currencies, and time zones.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce site merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with CMS tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, Hybris, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Gantt charts, data analysis).
- SQL experience for data extraction from web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with BI systems and web analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build collaborative relationships.
- Detail‑oriented, multitasking, self‑motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant e‑commerce or data‑analytics certifications are a plus.
