Job Title: Data Analyst Pricing (Alternance) Role Summary: Support pricing strategy and operation by formalizing processes, designing and implementing workflows, and analyzing market competitiveness on behalf of the pricing service. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end process documentation, configure and test approved workflows, conduct pricing and margin simulations, and provide training to colleagues on new systems. Key Responsibilities: • Document and streamline key workflows between agencies and headquarters • Gather requirements from agencies and central pricing team • Draft functional specifications (processes, users, rules) • Define approval, alert, validation, and monitoring steps • Structure essential data (product, client, price, justification) • Configure and test workflow in selected tool (e.g., Power Automate) • Analyze price competitiveness against competitors • Simulate margin impacts under various positioning scenarios • Train staff on workflow usage Required Skills: • Strong process modeling and workflow design experience • Proficiency with automation tools such as Power Automate, Visio, or similar • Data structuring and analysis skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Project management fundamentals • Basic understanding of pricing and margin calculations Required Education & Certifications: • Currently pursuing a 3–5 year degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or Digital Process Management (Bac+3 to Bac+5 level)

Job Description
Job title: Data Business Analyst Role Summary: Act as the key interface between operational teams, finance, and BI to improve the group's economic performance. Identify, analyse and prioritise financial optimisation levers using data. Translate business needs into analytical requirements, define KPIs and rules, lead BI projects, validate data consistency, support functional testing and promote a data‑driven performance culture. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years in a similar data/business analyst role. - Academic background BAC+5 (or equivalent) in finance, corporate finance, or management control. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel and advanced knowledge of Power BI or equivalent reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: - Identify performance levers and optimisation opportunities in cost, margin, efficiency and productivity. - Analyse business processes from a cost‑margin‑efficiency perspective. - Frame BI requirements and translate business challenges into analytical needs. - Define KPIs, management rules and analytical axes. - Lead the business side of BI projects and co‑create decision‑support solutions with the BI lead. - Validate the business consistency of data and indicators. - Participate in functional acceptance tests and facilitate tool adoption. - Champion a data‑centric culture: guide interpretation of indicators, support dashboards, and promote data‑driven performance management.
