Job Description: Job Title: Product Development Program Manager - Product Operations Role Summary: Operationalize and reinforce product operating models to align cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, predictable delivery of product initiatives from discovery to post-launch evaluation. Expectations: Apply expertise in program management and SaaS product development to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to complex initiatives. Strengthen collaboration and execution discipline across product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate alignment sessions (discovery, triad syncs, Epic readiness reviews, post-launch evaluations). - Coordinate readiness checkpoints, prioritization rhythms, and tracking of dependencies, risks, and decisions. - Ensure consistent workflow through product lifecycle stages (discovery, delivery, evaluation). - Build dashboards/reports to measure initiative health and translate insights into actionable improvements. - Foster cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams. - Provide structured updates to leadership on risks, tradeoffs, and progress. Required Skills: - Cross-functional alignment facilitation in ambiguous/early-stage projects. - Stakeholder management with influence without authority and consensus-building. - Strong organizational discipline (tracking decisions, risks, follow-through). - Synthesis of complex information into clear communication (written/verbal). - Technical fluency in Jira and Jira Product Discovery. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in technical or relevant field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years program/lifecycle management in B2B SaaS product organizations. - Demonstrated understanding of SaaS product development frameworks (e.g., dual-track discovery, PDLC).
