Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Manager – SME Services (HR) **Role Summary:** Drive growth of the SME client portfolio within the assigned region by prospecting, selling, and managing the full suite of HR, social security, insurance, prevention, and risk‑solution services. Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, build strong professional networks, and achieve revenue targets. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed sales targets and bonus objectives. - Develop a pipeline of qualified SME prospects. - Deliver tailored proposals that address complex client needs. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect new SME customers through cold calling, networking, and events. - Present and promote the full range of HR and related services. - Conduct needs analyses, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close contracts. - Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract signing. - Cultivate and sustain a robust network of professional contacts. - Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Track sales activities and forecast pipeline in CRM system. **Required Skills:** - Strong commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to analyze complex situations and design customized solutions. - High level of persistence, autonomy, and proactive client acquisition. - Relationship‑building and networking proficiency. - Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools; fluency in English (French beneficial). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 1–2 years proven sales experience, preferably in SME or HR‑related services.
