Senior User Experience Designer
**Role Summary**
Lead the creation of evidence‑based front‑end design solutions for digital services. Produce and maintain high‑quality UX artifacts—including prototypes, wireframes, pattern libraries, and build‑ready specifications—while ensuring alignment with corporate design standards and accessibility regulations. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional product teams in an Agile environment to deliver user‑centric solutions that improve service experience.
**Expectations**
- Deliver design artifacts at various fidelities for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Create and sustain component libraries and design systems.
- Plan, execute, and report on usability testing and accessibility assessments.
- Justify design decisions to stakeholders, program areas, and senior management.
- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, demo, retrospective).
- Continuously evaluate and enhance design processes and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop scalable UI components, style guides, and design pattern libraries.
- Produce streamlined scenarios, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct usability test plans, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x and other accessibility standards.
- Build and maintain design systems across multiple digital channels.
- Communicate design solutions through sketches, diagrams, and high‑fidelity mockups.
- Facilitate design research planning and execution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior leaders on design strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Front‑end UX design with 2+ years experience.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or equivalent.
- Experience creating component libraries/design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.x).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Ability to produce and present UX artifacts: wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards.
- Excellent visual communication and justification of design decisions.
- Familiarity with digital service design and design thinking practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional UX/UI certification preferred (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, UXQB, or equivalent).
