Job Description
**Job Title** Client Operations Manager (Customer Relations) M/F **Role Summary** Operate as the operational specialist for in‑store promotional campaigns (printed discount vouchers). Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution, liaise with clients and cross‑functional teams, and uphold operational excellence to deliver high‑quality, on‑time deliverables. **Expectations** - Deliver campaigns within agreed timelines. - Maintain strict adherence to quality and service standards. - Communicate transparently with clients and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate proactive ownership and autonomous decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and launch promotional campaigns by aligning with relevant stakeholders (sales, graphic design, technical teams). 2. Ensure launch dates are met and coordinate task dispatch to ensure smooth operation. 3. Master internal processes and tools used for campaign setup and monitoring. 4. Execute daily operational excellence initiatives, focusing on quality, punctuality, and service excellence. 5. Manage client communication via email to obtain required campaign details and updates. 6. Collaborate with Industrial Sales teams and transversal units to meet client requirements. 7. Serve as a representative of the company, reinforcing its quality and culture both externally and internally. **Required Skills** - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Effective written communication (email) and stakeholder engagement. - Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams. - Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Project Management or Process Improvement certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred but not mandatory. ---
