Job Description
**Job Title** Executive Assistant **Role Summary** Provide executive‑level administrative support to senior investment professionals, coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and expense reporting, while communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of the investment team. **Expactations** - Deliver reliable, confidential support with minimal supervision. - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Communicate proactively, anticipating needs and providing solutions. - Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the senior team calendar: schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings. - Arrange domestic and international travel, tours, and accommodation, including visa support. - Process, review, and reconcile travel and expense reports. - Draft, edit, and deliver presentation materials and executive briefs. - Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders and internal staff. - Conduct ad‑hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed. **Required Skills** - 3 + years of administrative support for senior leaders. - Experience in asset‑management or multinational organizations is an asset. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, notably PowerPoint; ability to create polished slides. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - High reliability, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities. - Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset under pressure. - Excellent detail orientation, accuracy, and confidentiality. - English fluent (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). - Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
