Expert en développement photovoltaïque et agrivoltaïque, TSE est un des principaux producteurs d’énergie solaire en France. Job Description
Job title: M1 Intern – Applied Mathematics & Agronomy Role Summary: Assist in agro‑climatic modelling of agrivoltaic systems, focusing on how topography influences photovoltaic shading and agronomic yields. Expectations: Work under the Agro‑Climat Project Manager, develop Python scripts, run simulations, analyze data, and communicate findings. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manipulate simulation datasets incorporating varied topographic parameters (slope, aspect, curvature). - Develop or adapt Python code (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) to generate consistent, usable scenarios. - Model shading effects of agrivoltaic configurations across topographic scenarios and quantify resulting irradiation variations. - Evaluate agronomic indicators’ sensitivity to topographic variables and identify key drivers. - Perform statistical analysis (regressions, sensitivity analysis, ANOVA) to interpret results. - Prepare structured, pedagogic summaries with visuals, methodology, and operational recommendations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. - Strong statistical and data‑analysis capability. - Understanding of basic agronomy or photovoltaic energy concepts. - Excellent analytical thinking and scientific rigor. - Solid written communication skills for clear synthesis of complex results. Required Education & Certifications: - Current Master 1 student (or equivalent) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Agronomy. - Demonstrated interest and aptitude in statistical modelling.
