**Job Title:** Head of Brand Marketing B2B **Role Summary:** Lead the strategic direction, brand management, and marketing operations for a high‑value Professional brand within a regional market. Own the P&L, develop multi‑year business plans, and drive integrated go‑to‑market strategies that align sales, channel, and customer initiatives to deliver growth. **Expectations:** - Deliver a 3‑year strategic business plan and an annual operating plan in partnership with commercial teams. - Manage and grow a full‑service marketing team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and performance. - Own the regional P&L, ensuring profitability while driving market share and revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies. - Translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for the Professional brand. - Lead go‑to‑market optimization and channel/customer strategy in collaboration with sales leadership. - Oversee the selection, management, and performance review of external marketing agencies. - Conduct regular visits to strategic customers and channel partners to gather insights and adjust programs. - Collaborate with central marketing and commercial excellence teams to adopt shared processes and tools. - Mentor and coach a cross‑functional marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture. - Identify and resolve complex business opportunities, translating insights into profitable actions. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B marketing leadership with a track record of growth and team building. - P&L ownership and financial acumen. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience leading cross‑functional marketing teams (brand, performance, channel, customer). - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast‑changing environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. - MBA or Master’s in Marketing preferred. - Relevant certifications in marketing strategy, brand management, or project management are a plus.
