Project Manager – Salesforce CRM/CPQ
Role Summary
Lead the end‑to‑end migration of a regulated financial services firm from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Cloud. Oversee planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery cadence, solution design, build, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Expectations
- Deliver the program on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Maintain rigorous governance, risk management, and documentation throughout the project.
- Effectively liaise with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, risk, and compliance functions.
- Manage external vendors/partners, ensuring clear communication and deliverable alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead RAID (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions) tracking and provide regular status reports.
- Coordinate the design, build, and UAT of the new CPQ platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage the cutover process, including data migration, configuration, and transition to hyper‑care.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to secure adoption.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce CRM and CPQ projects, including end‑to‑end program management.
- Hands‑on migration experience from legacy CPQ systems to modern revenue platforms.
- Strong governance and documentation skills, with experience managing finance‑oriented or regulated projects.
- Deep understanding of complex pricing models, approval flows, and product catalogues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across executive and functional teams.
- Ability to manage cross‑system dependencies and vendor relationships.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Agentforce/Agentic automation concepts in Salesforce.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Program Manager, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) strongly desired.
