Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst (AMOA) responsible for functional design of application enhancements and corrections, overseeing testing, deployment, and production support in a collaborative environment. Expectations: - Deliver comprehensive functional specifications and user stories. - Validate change requests with technical architects. - Ensure high-quality releases through rigorous testing and regression analysis. - Monitor post-production performance and manage defect resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Design functional specifications for application enhancements and bug fixes. - Draft User Stories and Detailed Functional Specifications (SFD). - Plan and execute test cases, including regression (TNR). - Validate evolution requests in collaboration with the reference architect. - Manage production follow‑up and RUN activities. - Analyze, qualify, and validate production defect fixes. - Participate in team meetings, project ceremonies, and workshops. - Produce deliverables: action backlogs, Jira tickets, test plans, test data, project minutes, and tracking dashboards.
