Job title: Junior Account Manager – Consumer Role Summary: Support high‑value brand accounts on Discord, collaborating with a senior manager to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and growth of community strategies. Provide day‑to‑day client communication, translate platform insights into actionable recommendations, and contribute to account expansion. Expactations: 1‑3 years in account management, customer success, or related client‑facing role, preferably SaaS. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solver with a solutions‑focused mindset. Curious about online communities and the way brands engage fans on platforms like Discord. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Senior Account Manager on a portfolio of high‑value brands. • Manage day‑to‑day client communication and ensure smooth execution of community initiatives. • Translate Discord data and community insights into actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with Community Managers, Product, and Business Development to deliver successful campaigns. • Produce written assets (weekly agendas, presentation decks, reports, follow‑ups). • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and contribute to account expansion. • Stay current on community trends and propose new ideas for client and team success. Required Skills: • Account/Customer Success experience in SaaS. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong organizational, detail orientation, and proactive follow‑up. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset. • Interest in online communities, particularly Discord. Bonus: Community‑management tech knowledge, experience with high‑profile global brand accounts, Notion proficiency, ability to translate feedback into product feature requests. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. No mandatory certifications; familiarity with SaaS tools is advantageous.
