Job Description

**Job Title:** Product Owner – Transport on Demand **Role Summary** Lead the design and development of a Transport on Demand (TAD) digital platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with user needs and business goals. Focus on maximizing user value through agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in IT environments (software development, consulting, or product roles) - Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles - Strong technical background with understanding of digital mobility solutions preferred **Key Responsibilities** - Define and operationalize product vision to optimize user experience and business outcomes - Capture, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements into actionable product backlogs - Author clear user stories and functional specifications while collaborating with development and UX/UI teams - Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with technical, budgetary, and strategic constraints - Validate deliverables via functional testing, user feedback (beta tests, user groups), and product demos - Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive insights to inform product roadmaps and strategies **Required Skills** - Advanced knowledge of agile workflows and product lifecycle management - Strong technical analysis, written/verbal communication (clear French and English mandatory), and cross-functional negotiation skills - Expertise in prioritization, stakeholder management, and user-centered design - Experience with functional testing, user research methods, and release strategy documentation **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or digital technologies - Demonstrated expertise in IT project delivery; certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) preferred but not mandatory - Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish or German for cross-border collaboration opportunities
