Assist the Legal Treasury & Financial Markets team with day‑to‑day legal tasks and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Required Skills: * Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills. * Adequate understanding of financial markets, securities law, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent written and verbal communication in at least one official EU language; bilingual or trilingual (Dutch, French, English) preferred. * Ability to work independently and within a team, handling multiple concurrent tasks. * High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem solving. * Integrity and commitment to confidentiality. Required Education & Certifications: * Current enrolment in a Master’s law program (or equivalent) with expected completion date. * Proven academic standing and completion of relevant coursework in corporate or financial law (preferred). * No professional certifications required, but knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II or relevant national statutes is advantageous.
