Job Description
Job title: Graduate Analyst – Investment Banking, Digital Infrastructure Role Summary: Entry‑level analyst supporting M&A, equity and debt financing, and other capital‑raising activities for digital infrastructure clients across Europe. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, research, and creation of client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials. Expectations: • Work from day one on live transactions and strategic advisory assignments. • Deliver high‑quality deliverables under tight deadlines for senior bankers and clients. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and update complex financial models and valuation analyses for M&A and capital‑raising deals. 2. Draft client‑facing documents such as pitch presentations, management decks, marketing materials, and memorandum. 3. Conduct company, market, and sector research to support transaction execution and business development. 4. Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials for both internal and external audiences. 5. Coordinate with deal team members, lawyers, accountants, and clients throughout transaction processes. 6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and meeting deadlines. Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly. - High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective time management. - Resourceful, intellectually curious, self‑starter with initiative and maturity to interact with senior executives.
