Job Title: Oracle Planning Lead
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning (Demand, Supply, GOP, S&OP) for the CPG sector across multiple European markets. Design solutions, align with business processes, orchestrate integrations, and deliver training and go‑live support.
Expectations: • Complete at least three full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations with a proven track record of on‑time delivery.
• Drive multi‑country rollouts, ensuring compliance with European tax, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary functional liaison, translating business needs into technical design and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Solution Design & Implementation** – Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules, produce fit‑gap analysis, functional specifications (BRD, FDD, CWB), and ensure alignment with CPG processes.
2. **Stakeholder Engagement** – Lead workshops, requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, and UAT across European units; maintain clear communication with supply chain, business, and IT stakeholders.
3. **Integration & Data Migration** – Oversee OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, manage FBDI/ADFDI data loads from legacy systems.
4. **Reporting & Analytics** – Develop OTBI and BI Publisher dashboards for order tracking, fulfillment KPIs, and inventory visibility; support demand forecasting analytics.
5. **Leadership & Governance** – Direct cross‑functional teams (offshore/onshore consultants), provide training, hyper‑care support, and enforce project governance and compliance.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in Oracle Planning modules, 6+ in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning.
- Minimum 3 full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations independently led.
- Deep understanding of CPG processes: trade promotions, direct‑to‑store delivery, multi‑tier distribution.
- Functional expertise: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, S&OP.
- Knowledge of European tax and logistics regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration/web services.
- Agile project methodology experience.
- Strong analytical, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality focus, and excellent verbal/written communication.
- Multilingual: English required; Dutch an advantage.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Oracle Cloud Planning certification (preferred).
- Additional Oracle or integration certifications (e.g., OIC, Data Management) are beneficial.
