Job Description
**Job Title:** Network Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the enterprise network team to design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, and high‑performance networking infrastructure. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, incident response, and continuous improvement projects while aligning network capabilities with business objectives in an international environment. **Expactations:** - Deliver consistent network uptime and quality of service. - Demonstrate proactive management of security, capacity, and compliance. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and develop a team of network engineers, setting priorities and conducting performance reviews. - Define and enforce network security standards, access controls, and user permissions. - Deploy, configure, and maintain routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, MPLS, and SD‑WAN solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto). - Monitor network performance, create dashboards, and drive preventive maintenance. - Provide tier‑2 support to end‑users via hotline, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs. - Lead network design and upgrade projects, including hardware/software installations and integration with other IT systems. - Collaborate with IT security (CISO), project management (PMO), and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies. - Conduct technology scouting to anticipate and recommend infrastructure investments. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years of proven experience in network administration, including MPLS, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, QoS, and VPN. - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi standards. - Hands‑on expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto architectures. - Leadership: team management, mentorship, conflict resolution. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (focus on networks/systems). - Relevant network certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Cisco Certified Network Professional, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PA-ENX).
