**Job Title** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Collaborate within a lean DevOps team to design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications. Deliver clean, testable code, participate in daily deployments, and drive continuous improvement across the entire stack. **Expectations** - Autonomous delivery of high‑quality features within a fast‑paced, daily‑deployment environment. - Strong ownership of the full software lifecycle, from planning to production. - Active engagement in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and DevOps practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and refactor front‑end modules using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring responsive, cross‑browser compatibility. - Build and maintain back‑end services with Node.js, including RESTful API design and asynchronous programming. - Contribute to and sustain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud deployments. - Troubleshoot and resolve stack‑wide technical issues and optimize database interactions (MySQL). - Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front‑end responsive design. - Experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous JavaScript patterns. - Version control with Git; familiar with branch strategies and merge workflows. - Understanding of Docker, CI/CD processes, and basic cloud concepts. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities. **Desirable Skills** (not mandatory) - Azure cloud services, Go (Golang), MySQL design & optimization. - Experience with test‑driven development and S.O.L.I.D principles. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. ---
