**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Executes integrated marketing communications, including social media scheduling, email and landing‑page creation, website updates, intranet and e‑commerce maintenance, and event planning. Manages event logistics, budgets, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
**Expectations:**
- 3‑5 years of professional experience in marketing communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow social‑media calendar; coordinate post scheduling with content owners.
- Design and build email campaigns, templates, landing pages, and forms.
- Implement website updates (images, copy, layout) and maintain marketing intranet.
- Ensure e‑commerce product listings have accurate images and descriptions.
- Generate regular reports on marketing program performance.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to define event objectives and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event plans (timelines, tasks, resources).
- Coordinate event logistics: vendor communication, setup/teardown, PO and invoice processing.
- Maintain event memberships, partnerships, and association relationships.
- Produce partner communications and stakeholder updates.
- Capture and analyze event metrics (attendance, lead generation, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget.
- Continuously improve event planning and execution processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Project and time management; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in data and content handling.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, landing‑page builders, CMS, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with social‑media management tools and analytics.
- Competence in budgeting, PO/invoice processing, and financial tracking.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor interaction.
- Analytical mindset for metric collection, reporting, and process optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required; marketing‑related certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) are a plus.
