Job Description

Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end full‑stack development for a distributed fintech platform, building scalable micro‑services in Node.js/NestJS and front‑end applications in Angular, deployed on Google Cloud Kubernetes clusters. Expactations: Deliver secure, high‑performance features on time, own key architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, maintain rigorous automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, release, support, and maintain complex financial products. • Architect and implement micro‑services and event‑driven components using Pub/Sub or Kafka. • Write efficient SQL for MySQL/PostgreSQL and manage database workloads. • Develop TypeScript server logic with NestJS and front‑end components in Angular. • Ensure robust unit, integration, and system testing; maintain CI/CD on GitLab. • Influence product roadmap and technical strategy. • Mentor junior staff and enforce coding best practices. Required Skills: • 5+ years software engineering experience. • Expert proficiency in server‑side TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js). • High‑level SQL development in MySQL/PostgreSQL. • Solid understanding of micro‑services, distributed systems, and event‑driven architecture. • Experience with NestJS, Angular, and Google Cloud (Kubernetes, Pub/Sub). • Proficiency in automated testing and GitLab CI/CD. Required Education & Certifications: No specific certifications required; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
