**Job Title:** COO – Sales Operations (F/H) **Role Summary:** Assist the COO as the chief operational partner for the entire sales and customer journey lifecycle. Focus on sales operations, customer success process design, and internal operational structure to accelerate growth in a fast‑growing startup. **Expectations:** - Work closely with the COO on strategic, operational, and structural projects. - Deliver measurable impact on lead generation, sales efficiency, and customer success metrics. - Rapidly iterate, test, and scale automation and data‑driven initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Ops & Business Development** – Structure and optimize HubSpot (pipeline, automations, CRM hygiene). Launch outbound campaigns (cold emailing, data enrichment, scraping). Implement sales automations for lead generation. Support enterprise‑account sales meetings. Define growth‑hacking levers with the COO. Build dashboards and reporting tools to track commercial performance. - **Customer Success & Process** – Design and launch the Customer Success Management (CSM) structure. Deploy HubSpot for CSM workflows. Coordinate CSM team activities and key milestones. Create engagement‑tracking processes. Implement KPIs and usage reporting for service monitoring. - **Structuration & Ops** – Contribute to internal process implementation (billing, onboarding, team coordination). Automate recurring tasks. Identify operational optimization opportunities across customer experience and finance. Use data to guide performance decisions and propose actionable improvements. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier. - Experience with sales automation, outbound campaign setup, and pipeline management. - Ability to design and implement process improvements and KPI frameworks. - Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player. - Self‑starter, autonomous, and resourceful in problem‑solving. - Passion for technology, automation, and data‑driven decision making. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program. - Any certifications related to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation tools, or data analytics are a plus.
