Job Description: **Job Title** Project Manager – Customer Success **Role Summary** Lead and deliver customer projects for Moneyhub’s enterprise clients, ensuring seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support. Build trusted relationships, manage day‑to‑day project execution, and champion the voice of the customer across cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Within 3 months: master Moneyhub products, build key stakeholder relationships, and confidently manage first client projects. - Within 6 months: independently manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, deliver measurable client success metrics, and influence product/service improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients. - Own day‑to‑day project delivery: set milestones, track actions, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. - Facilitate client workshops and meetings (remote and onsite). - Provide proactive, tailored communication and status updates. - Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and support functions. - Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver high‑quality outcomes and propose enhancements. - Advocate the customer’s voice, using analytics to surface trends, risks and improvement opportunities. - Support sales in cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payments. - Participate in client escalation meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Contribute to business planning, prioritisation and pipeline assessment. **Required Skills** - Project management certification or proven experience (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus. - Analytical mindset: use data and customer metrics to inform decisions. - Risk and issue management, with a proactive problem‑solving approach. - Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed SaaS or fintech environment. - Familiarity with B2B2C delivery, API‑first products, or financial services is a plus. - Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project). - Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with occasional on‑site engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred. - Relevant customer success or product delivery certifications (e.g., CSPO) a plus.
