Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Finance Business Partner **Role Summary** Provide strategic finance analytics and support to middle management and the board, driving business performance and value creation. Translate financial data into actionable insights, manage FP&A processes, and partner with commercial teams to optimise profitability and decision‑making. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and dashboards for board and management. - Lead strategic planning, budget formulation, and rolling forecast cycles. - Advise on business initiatives, project viability, and profitability tools. - Navigate a complex, fast‑paced international environment with resilience under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor alignment of business actions with financial processes; champion process improvement. - Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting for strategic decisions. - Coordinate multi‑year strategic plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts. - Manage corporate performance cycle: target setting, monitoring, and review with board and management. - Advise on business projects, conduct financial analyses, and prepare business cases. - Implement and sustain client profitability management, including tool maintenance, training, and performance analysis. **Required Skills** - Advanced financial analysis, FP&A, and corporate reporting. - Strong business partnering and collaboration with non‑financial stakeholders. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in financial planning systems, dashboards, and KPI development. - Planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities. - Stress resilience, decision‑making under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - University degree in Economics, Finance, or Management. - 8–15 years of hands‑on experience in business controlling, financial analysis, FP&A, corporate reporting, or audit. ---
