Job Description
**Job title** HRIS Analyst (UKG) **Role Summary** Design, maintain and enhance People & Compliance reporting in UKG HRIS for a global organization. Build advanced dashboards in UKG and IBM Cognos, document processes, partner with People Analytics and Finance to align metrics, and transform data into actionable insights that support workforce strategy and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Detail‑oriented and pragmatic analyst who values accurate, reliable reporting. - Skilled at simplifying complex data processes and communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders. - Comfortable working independently across multiple time zones, managing competing priorities under tight deadlines. - Passionate about turning data into clear, business‑ready insights that influence leadership decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and optimise core People and compliance reports in UKG HRIS across regions. - Build and optimise advanced reports and dashboards in UKG and IBM Cognos (Report Studio, Dashboarding, Framework Manager). - Document report logic, processes and governance for consistency and knowledge sharing. - Partner with People Analytics and Finance to align metrics, improve data quality and support workforce planning. - Provide insight and commentary on workforce trends to inform decision‑making and compliance reporting. - Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase reporting efficiency. **Required Skills** - Proven experience with UKG HRIS reporting: scheduled and ad‑hoc reports, data exports, dashboards. - Demonstrated capability in IBM Cognos (Report Studio, Dashboarding, Framework Manager). - Advanced Excel for data validation, analysis and reporting. - Strong knowledge of HR data structures (headcount, turnover, demographics, org hierarchy, job architecture). - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to translate technical data into clear, non‑technical insights. - Self‑directed with strong time‑management across time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas). - Familiarity with data quality assurance, governance, and reporting frameworks is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - No specific HRIS or Cognos certifications required, though they may be advantageous.
