**Job Title**: Data Scientist, Data & Analytics – Customer, Loyalty & Marketing
**Role Summary**: Apply advanced analytics and statistical modeling to optimize marketing strategies, focusing on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and data-driven decision-making for global campaigns.
**Expectations**: Demonstrate expertise in MMM, econometrics, and data science to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Models to evaluate campaign effectiveness across TV, digital, social, retail, and in-store channels.
- Translate technical model outputs into clear, strategic insights for Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Build and optimize in-house models using Python/R, conduct scenario simulations, and allocate budgets for maximum impact.
- Ensure data pipeline integrity (sales, media spend, promotions, seasonality, store traffic) through quality monitoring and validation.
- Design incrementality tests, geo-experiments, and attribution models to enhance analytics strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to automate processes, share best practices, and drive marketing strategy improvements.
- Present insights to influence loyalty program optimization and business growth initiatives.
**Required Skills**:
- Advanced statistics/econometrics (linear regression, time series, Bayesian models).
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, PySpark, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
- Data wrangling and visualization (Pandas, Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical problem-solving with strong communication to articulate technical results to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years’ experience in MMM, econometrics, or media effectiveness analysis.
