Job Description
**Job Title** Product Reliability Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Maintain and improve product reliability and quality for TLD’s airport ground‑support equipment line. Act as the technical bridge between product complaints, engineering, and after‑sales service, driving continuous improvement and ensuring technical modifications are executed. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in a similar reliability/quality role, preferably in mechanical equipment, agricultural, or rail systems. - Strong problem‑solving background in electronics, electrical, hydraulics, and IT. - Proven multi‑project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proficient in written & spoken English for internal and client communication. - Will travel internationally on a monthly basis (Europe, Asia, Americas). **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and analyze product‑failure complaints (PDC) with support teams. - Conduct root‑cause analysis and propose corrective actions to enhance reliability. - Verify implementation of technical modifications in design and production. - Support product development to meet reliability and quality targets. - Validate service bulletins and draft repair procedures. - Serve as technical reference for after‑sales technicians and, when required, for key clients. - Generate and interpret reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR). - Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective measures. **Required Skills** - Root‑cause analysis and failure modes analysis. - Cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management. - Project coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives. - Technical fluency in electronics, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and basic IT. - English speaking and writing proficiency. - Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). - Knowledge of reliability engineering fundamentals, MTBF/MTTR metrics, and ISO 9001 practices preferred.
