**Job Title** Junior Marketing Communications Executive **Role Summary** Support the marketing team in creating, delivering, and measuring multi‑channel communications to enhance brand visibility, client acquisition, and retention. Work collaboratively with campaign managers and digital specialists to maintain consistent messaging across email, web, social media, and external directories. **Expectations** - Self‑motivated and proactive in a fast‑paced, professional services environment. - Demonstrated curiosity and passion for marketing and communications. - Detail‑oriented with strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. - Able to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and in a team. - Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in designing, scheduling, and tracking email marketing campaigns; interpret performance data and recommend improvements. - Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, maintain tracker sheets, and manage updates to Chambers and Legal 500 listings. - Produce and optimise SEO‑friendly website content; upload approved media and ensure brand consistency. - Curate and publish content across social media platforms; monitor engagement metrics and report outcomes. - Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with tone, voice, and visual guidelines. **Required Skills** - Email marketing & campaign management. - Content creation and copy‑editing. - Basic SEO knowledge and CMS experience. - Social media publishing and analytics. - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project‑tracking tools. - Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification is a bonus.
