Manager, IT Outsourcing
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and execution of IT outsourcing and vendor management strategies for enterprise clients, driving value, performance, and transformation of IT service delivery.
**Expectations**
- 5–10 years in IT consulting, CIO office, or service provider, with deep experience in sourcing, outsourcing, or IT governance projects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing models, conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and manage RFP processes.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to mentor and deliver results with consulting teams.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and change‑management capabilities in a global environment.
- Fluent in English; French language experience a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design tailored IT sourcing strategies aligned to client business objectives.
- Lead feasibility analyses, business‑case development, and RFP creation; oversee vendor selection and contract renewal.
- Re‑engineer delivery models and put in place IT governance frameworks.
- Build and strengthen Vendor Management Office structures; define governance, SLAs, KPIs, and risk controls.
- Drive end‑to‑end change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new models.
- Manage, coach, and produce high‑quality deliverables within multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Support pre‑sales, identify business opportunities, and co‑create proposals and service offerings.
**Required Skills**
- In‑depth knowledge of ITIL processes, enterprise IT organization structures, and IT service management.
- Mastery of sourcing models (onshore, offshore, nearshore) and vendor contracts (clauses, SLA, KPI).
- Experience in Vendor Management and supplier governance.
- Strong analytical, results‑oriented mindset with a strategic perspective.
- Leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation proficiency.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, stakeholder management, and driving initiatives to completion.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferable certifications: ITIL Foundation/Expert, ESCM, Agile (SAFe), or Project Management.
