Job Title: Senior Digital Consultant
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation projects for clients in insurance, financial services, automotive, and B2B distribution. Align product vision, data strategy, and technology to deliver CRM, AI, and customer experience initiatives.
Expectations:
- Execute projects from scoping to tangible delivery.
- Manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive adoption of innovative solutions (generative AI, automation, advanced personalization).
Key Responsibilities:
- Co‑define digital and AI roadmaps with client leadership.
- Design, select, and implement CRM, AI, chatbot, and customer‑knowledge platforms, ensuring strategy alignment, governance, and ROI.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams (design, data, engineering) and manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain client communication and steering‑committee engagement; influence decision makers.
- Champion new innovations and elevate team capabilities in emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience (2–4+ years) in digital, data, or customer experience consulting, preferably with a recognized firm.
- Expertise in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), AI/automation, e‑commerce, and customer journey design.
- Strong strategic and operational mindset; ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder, multi‑country environments.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
- Leadership skills: coaching, team management, and stakeholder influence.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), project management tools (Jira, etc.).
- Curiosity for innovation and self‑directed learning.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum 5‑year university degree (Bac+5) from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in project management, data analytics, or digital strategy are advantageous.
