Job Description
**Job title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Lead product strategy and execution for a data‑heavy healthcare payments platform. Partner with engineering, design, and operations to define vision, prioritize features, and deliver high‑impact products that improve provider workflows and patient outcomes. **Expactations:** - Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs. - Drive data‑driven decision making, using unit economics and analytics to guide priorities. - Ensure cross‑functional teams meet objectives and maintain accountability through transparent metrics. - Communicate release plans and product updates to customers and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and refine product management processes and systems to support scalable product delivery. - Translate customer insights and field data into actionable product requirements. - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that track performance, usage, and financial impact. - Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to scope, prototype, and launch features. - Identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and shape the macro‑structure of the product offering. - Own business outcomes, ensuring teams meet revenue, growth, and adoption targets. - Represent the product externally with customers, gathering feedback and validating solutions. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or data‑intensive products. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in unit economics and KPI definition. - Comfortable with code or technical concepts; able to read and understand engineering constraints. - Proven ability to lead or scale product teams in fast‑growing, cross‑functional environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Outcome‑oriented, low‑ego, high‑output mindset with bias toward action. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.
