**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence Engineer (GenAI Solutions Engineer)
**Role Summary:**
Remote, long‑term role delivering end‑to‑end generative AI solutions. Combines full‑stack software development, system integration, and advanced AI application patterns (RAG, prompt engineering, multi‑agent orchestration) to create intuitive, business‑focused AI interfaces.
**Expectations:**
- Build and ship production‑grade AI‑enabled applications.
- Seamlessly integrate heterogeneous data sources and authentication systems.
- Design and implement robust prompt and agent architectures.
- Produce rapid prototypes, iterate from feedback, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop modern front‑end components using frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
- Implement back‑end services (Node.js, Python, Java, Go) and design REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Connect and orchestrate disparate systems, handling data pipelines, authentication (OAuth, SSO) and security.
- Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and perform prompt engineering for optimal model output.
- Build, manage, and coordinate multi‑agent systems, including collaboration protocols and tool integration.
- Apply reasoning techniques (chain‑of‑thought, planning algorithms) and context‑aware memory management.
- Design user‑centered AI interfaces with clear feedback loops and usability considerations.
- Produce quick demos, gather user input, and refine solutions iteratively.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and present progress to stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Front‑end: React, Vue, Angular, HTML/CSS, TypeScript.
- Back‑end: Node.js, Python, Java, Go; API design (REST, GraphQL).
- System integration: data orchestration, OAuth/SSO, API gateways.
- Generative AI: RAG, prompt engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, LangChain or equivalent.
- Multi‑agent systems: agent orchestration frameworks, collaboration protocols.
- Reasoning & memory: chain‑of‑thought, planning, context management.
- UI/UX for AI: prototyping tools, usability testing.
- Rapid prototyping, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to bridge technical and business domains.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
