**Job Title** Associate Product Manager – New Graduate **Role Summary** Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of documentation for HazardHub’s data, models, and APIs. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable knowledge for customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to shape product content, gather feedback, and participate in agile development cycles. **Expectations** - Perform as a liaison between technical teams and end‑users, ensuring product information is accessible and accurate. - Demonstrate quick learning of products, APIs, datasets, and workflows. - Maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation artifacts. - Contribute to documentation process improvements and standards evolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Write and edit user guides, FAQs, data sheets, model explainers, and internal knowledge‑base content. - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming for documentation updates and new feature support. - Test new API and application features, validating functionality and accuracy of related documentation. - Collect, summarize, and prioritize user and stakeholder feedback on product features and documentation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to distill complex technical details into concise, non‑technical materials. - Identify gaps in existing documentation and recommend enhancements or new content. - Maintain version control, documentation standards, and accessibility compliance. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for APIs, datasets, and software products. - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross‑functional environment. - Organizational and time‑management skills for juggling multiple projects. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving aptitude. - Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, MS Word, Confluence) and readiness to learn new platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, GIS, Earth Science/Environmental Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems/IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent technical background. ---
