**Job Title:** ServiceNow Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Leads the end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, aligning solutions with business objectives and platform best practices. Manages cross‑functional teams, oversees implementation of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, and ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
**Expectations:**
- Drive successful ServiceNow project outcomes from concept to production.
- Maintain governance compliance (ITIL, Agile, CSDM).
- Deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and analyst teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (developers, architects, business analysts, stakeholders).
- Oversee design, configuration, integration, and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management.
- Monitor project KPIs and generate progress reports via ServiceNow dashboards.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go‑live support to ensure adoption and sustainability.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects on long‑term ServiceNow roadmaps, upgrades, and new capabilities.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience delivering full‑life‑cycle ServiceNow projects.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management).
- Ability to lead and mentor technical and functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and CSDM frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and development tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, SPM, or ITOM) preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
