**Role Summary**
Lead architect and engineering champion for enterprise CRM solutions. Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce and integration systems, driving product and operational excellence across finance, sales, marketing, and support functions. Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and represent the organization in technical forums.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead design and delivery of CRM architecture, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Develop reusable, maintainable code in Apex, Java, JavaScript, and native Salesforce tools.
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and enforce code‑quality standards.
- Lead system enhancements, including CPQ, telephony, and sales‑support automations.
- Ensure SOX and other compliance frameworks are met; support audit readiness.
- Design QA and CI/CD pipelines, monitor production health, and conduct incident RCA.
- Shape agile backlog priorities, participate in sprint ceremonies, and guide trade‑offs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend pilots for business value.
- Represent technical solutions in vendor and community forums.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ yrs enterprise application engineering; 6+ yrs Salesforce and CRM focus.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Flow), Java, JavaScript, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and large‑scale automation (CPQ, telephony).
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum processes.
- Proven leadership in technical reviews, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent) preferred; certifications in CPQ, Integration, or SOX are a plus.
