**Job Title:**
Data Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Leverage advanced SQL Server skills to design, develop, and maintain data structures and processes that power business intelligence and operational workflows. Deliver scalable analytics solutions through Power BI dashboards and Azure Data Factory pipelines, while ensuring data quality, security, and performance.
**Expectations:**

- Continuously optimize and monitor data processes for accuracy and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies.
- Optimize query performance and enforce database integrity, security, and compliance.
- Build, schedule, and govern Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and refresh policies.
- Create, orchestrate, and monitor Azure Data Factory pipelines, datasets, and data flows for data ingestion, transformation, and movement.
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into functional data solutions.
- Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and validate data accuracy.
- Partner with operations, workforce, and strategy teams on automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git (branching, commits, pull requests).
**Required Skills:**
- 6+ years SQL experience (MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, query tuning).
- 2+ years data integration platform experience (Azure Data Factory preferred; SSIS, Boomi acceptable).
- 2+ years Power BI development (data modeling, DAX/Power Query, refresh, governance).
- Familiarity with version control using Git (branches, commits, pull requests).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Understanding of workforce operations and data needs.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Power Automate workflow experience.
- Exposure to data lake technologies (Hadoop), orchestration tools (Apache Airflow).
- Big‑data exposure (Spark) and scripting (Python, R).
- Knowledge of workforce planning, scenario analysis, and optimization techniques.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
