**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce CRM Technical Architect
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of highly customized, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Clouds. Drive end‑to‑end solution development for complex Order Management applications that integrate with external ad servers and exchanges, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
**Expectations:**
- 15+ years of overall software experience, 12+ years in Salesforce CRM, 7–10 years in a lead/architect capacity.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, highly customized Salesforce solutions in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, including data models, security, and declarative automation.
- Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and event‑driven patterns.
- Lead solution design workshops, produce architecture diagrams, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Define and enforce governance, standards, and best practices across the architecture.
- Oversee DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, release management, and performance optimization.
- Manage data migration, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Evaluate and integrate AppExchange solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, admins, and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets).
- Proficiency in declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to architect complex, multi‑cloud integrations and event‑driven applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and automation tooling.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (mandatory).
- Additional certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Technical Architect (CTA).
