Job Title: Project Manager – Care & Content (Internship)
Role Summary
Support users in adopting the product, manage front‑line inquiries, gather insights for product & tech teams, and collaborate with the Product Content squad to create and distribute engaging content. Oversee CRM campaigns via Braze, maintain back‑office tooling, and generate activity reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer and user tickets using Notion, Zendesk, and other support platforms.
- Ensure client satisfaction through daily support and back‑office configuration.
- Deploy the application for clients: set up back‑office, share best practices, and monitor defined KPIs.
- Prepare and present reporting on ticket volume, common issues, and user activity to internal teams.
- Configure and launch CRM campaigns (push, email, in‑app, content cards) in Braze.
- Act as back‑office “owner,” mastering configuration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Product Content team on storytelling, content creation, and distribution.
- Contribute to product support, data analysis, and technical cooperation as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication in French and English (orthography and style).
- Strong customer‑service mindset; empathy and problem‑solving (“Sherlock” attitude).
- Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, data handling) and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with tech tools: Notion, Zendesk, Braze, CRM systems, and general desktop proficiency.
- Basic data literacy: interpreting dashboards, identifying trends.
- Ability to present clearly, simplify complex information, and collaborate across teams.
- Curiosity for emerging SaaS and digital technologies; startup mindset.
Required Education & Certifications
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications; relevant courses or certifications (e.g., CRM, project management) are a plus.
