Job Description: **Job title** Social Law Consultant – SOXIA (Full‑time) **Role Summary** Provide practical social‑law advice to the Committee Socio‑Economic (CSE) members, analyse collective agreements, employment contracts and related documents, support the annual social‑policy consultation, deliver trainings, prepare legal dossiers, and stay current on legislative and jurisprudential developments. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years experience as a social‑law jurist. - Master’s (Bac+5) degree focused on social law or equivalent. - Solid understanding of French social‑law framework (collective & individual rights, CSE prerogatives, mandatory consultations, alert rights). - Familiarity with employee representative bodies is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft 365. - Strong communication, analytical, synthesis, and confidentiality skills. - Proactive, pragmatic, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and confident in client relations. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to CSE members’ requests and provide timely, actionable legal counsel. - Analyse collective agreements, employment contracts, regulations, charters, and other legal documents; summarize findings for CSE. - Contribute to the annual social‑policy consultation, collaborating with analysts. - Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions on social law for CSE teams. - Draft and present legal articles, briefs, and dossiers. - Perform regular legal monitoring to anticipate legislative or jurisprudential changes. - Work across diverse sectors, handle varied issues, with occasional travel. **Required Skills** - Expertise in French collective and individual social law. - Knowledge of CSE structure and functions. - Legal analysis and document review. - Training and presentation delivery. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to synthesize complex information. - Confidentiality and ethics compliance. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365. - Self‑directed, detail‑focused, and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Social Law or a related legal field. - Minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience.
