**Job title:**
Supply Chain Analyst – Supply Chain Management & Systems
**Role summary:**
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across global supply‑chain planning systems. Collaborate with planning, buying, IT, and other business units to maintain, analyze, and improve master data for materials, vendors, and planning parameters, supporting efficient supply chain operations and decision‑making.
**Expected outcomes:**
- Maintain high‑quality master data to support uninterrupted supply chain planning and purchasing.
- Resolve data issues, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide analytics and reports that inform planning, buying, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to data governance, continuous improvement projects, and system enhancements.
- Train end users and serve as a knowledge resource on supply‑chain best practices.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Update and maintain master data for materials, vendors, and planning parameters in ERP/planning systems.
- Collaborate with planning and buying teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular data quality audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Support new product launches, material changes, and supplier onboarding through master‑data activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for master‑data processes, standards, and workflows.
- Generate reports/analytics for supply‑chain planning, buying performance, and monitoring.
- Participate in data governance initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to end users on master‑data processes and tools.
- Liaise with IT and business functions to support system enhancements and data‑integration projects.
- Lead systematic initiatives related to network material planning (forecast, inventory allocation, safety stock analysis, planning parameters).
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure materials availability and operational efficiency.
**Required skills:**
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency with system‑driven MRP planning and ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, QAD, or equivalent).
- Experience with data quality audits, data governance, and reporting/analytics.
- Ability to support data‑integration initiatives and train end users.
**Required education & certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain planning, pharmaceuticals, or data analysis.
