Job Description: **Job title:** Photovoltaic Project Manager **Role Summary:** Oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of photovoltaic and energy‑storage projects within the Operations department, ensuring technical excellence and financial profitability while coordinating cross‑functional teams. **Expactations:** Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards; maintain strong client relationships; demonstrate leadership in financial and technical decision‑making; manage multiple concurrent projects from design to commissioning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage financial aspects of the project portfolio, including cost tracking and budgeting. - Coordinate technical teams (design, fabrication, IT) to meet project milestones. - Develop, monitor, and enforce project schedules. - Apply internal quality procedures and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. - Serve as primary client liaison, communicating status and addressing concerns. - Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts related to project execution. - Mobilize and allocate human and material resources across multiple projects simultaneously. **Required Skills:** - Proven project management experience (≥3 years) in renewable energy or related fields. - Strong electrotechnical knowledge and understanding of photovoltaic plant and energy‑storage systems. - Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, financial reporting. - Excellent coordination, scheduling, and resource‑allocation skills. - Quality assurance and safety compliance expertise. - Effective written and verbal communication; client‑focused service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred but not mandatory.
