**IT Service Delivery Manager**
**Role Summary:** Strategic IT leader overseeing Siemens MOM/Opcenter application support and integrations in manufacturing, ensuring operational reliability, process optimization, and executive reporting to drive performance improvements.
**Expectations:**
- 5+ years in IT operations/service management, including on-site manufacturing support and MOM/MES expertise.
- Leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering service improvements in manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage IT service priorities for plant operations, aligning with production schedules and SLAs/OLAs.
- Own incident/problem/change processes, resolving issues to meet MTTR, backlog health, and change success goals.
- Lead major incident resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and executive reporting.
- Plan configuration updates, patches, and secure deployments for MOM/Opcenter and integrations.
- Develop operational reports (weekly, monthly) on incidents, availability, cost, and performance.
- Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience with quantified results.
- Lead/coach IT operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and compliance.
- Build stakeholder relationships with operations, engineering, and production teams to align on service excellence.
**Required Skills:**
- MOM/Opcenter, MES, SCADA, ERP, PLC, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow), Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
- Technical communication: Translating complex systems into clear, business-aligned explanations.
- Cross-cultural teamwork, remote leadership, and stakeholder negotiation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in MOM/MES (e.g., Siemens Opcenter), ITIL, or equivalent IT service management credentials preferred.
