Job Description

**Job title** Full Stack Development Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications in a client‑centric environment. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, delivering end‑to‑end solutions primarily using Java and Angular. Contribute to continuous improvement and technology exploration, with opportunities to progress into project management or technical leadership roles. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑quality code and documentation within agreed timelines. - Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding status, risks, and changes. - Act independently, proactively identify issues, and propose solutions. - Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and business domains quickly. - Uphold coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability. **Key Responsibilities** - Clarify and scope business requirements; produce effort estimates. - Draft detailed technical specifications and design documents. - Architect and implement responsive web applications using Java (Spring or related) and Angular. - Conduct unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing; maintain continuous integration pipelines. - Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance; review and refactor legacy code. - Perform technology research, evaluate new frameworks/tools, and recommend adoption. - Maintain code repositories, version control, and documentation. - Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Java (core and enterprise frameworks) and Angular (TypeScript). - Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MVC, and front‑end best practices. - Proficient with version control systems (Git). - Solid unit‑testing and integration‑testing skills. - Analytical problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization. - Effective written and verbal communication; teamwork-oriented. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 2+ years of professional development experience in a Java/Angular stack. - (Optional) Certifications in Java, Angular, or related technologies.
