**Job Title:** Associate Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Strategic marketing professional responsible for shaping and amplifying the brand narrative of a high‑velocity creative‑tech SaaS platform. Drives demand generation, creates integrated campaigns, and partners cross‑functionally to accelerate revenue, product adoption, and market positioning.

- Deliver measurable demand growth for both the SaaS platform and creative services.
- Establish and maintain a differentiated brand positioning in a competitive ad‑tech landscape.
- Operate with speed, data‑driven decision‑making, and storytelling excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and evolve the brand narrative across all channels and touchpoints.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop content programs (email, social, ads, video, webinars, events, partnerships) that educate and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and leadership to build go‑to‑market motions and support revenue teams with assets and case studies.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance; adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market intelligence on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Create and codify scalable marketing processes, workflows, calendars, and automation.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years in ad‑tech, martech, performance marketing, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, MMPs, creative optimization, mobile advertising, data flows, and attribution.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in campaign management, email, social media, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Data‑analysis skills; experience with marketing analytics dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Ability to build and document repeatable processes and systems.
- Collaborative mindset; comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar performance marketing credentials.
