Job Title: Analytics Engineer Role Summary: Architect and build scalable data pipelines, models, and analytics tools that drive product strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to transform raw data into trustworthy, self‑serve insights. Expectations: • 3+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field. • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimise high‑performance ETL processes at scale. • Strong SQL, Python, and Spark (PySpark/Spark‑SQL) skills. • Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow or equivalent) and BI/dash‑board tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau). • Comfortable in fast‑paced, collaborative environments with a product‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with cross‑functional teams to scope, develop, and deliver analytics initiatives, from metric definition to automated reporting. • Design and maintain reliable, scalable ETL pipelines and data models using modern data tools. • Lead end‑to‑end development of analytics products—from ingestion to visualization—meeting business, product, and regulatory needs. • Build internal frameworks and tooling that increase data accessibility and quality across the organization. • Collaborate with data scientists to translate raw data into actionable insights that shape business decisions. • Champion analytics best practices and foster a culture of data literacy. Required Skills: • Advanced SQL, Python scripting, and Apache Spark (PySpark, Spark‑SQL). • Expertise in building and optimising ETL pipelines with Airflow or similar workflow engines. • Proficiency in creating polished dashboards with Superset, Looker, or Tableau. • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. • Strong product orientation and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
