Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Headspace’s public‑cloud infrastructure, driving scalability, reliability, and security for a platform serving 65+ million users. Expectations: Deliver high‑impact, innovative cloud solutions in a fast‑paced environment; influence architecture, standards, and risk management; collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams; maintain documentation and best‑practice guidance for cloud operations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and challenge public‑cloud strategy, tooling, and processes. - Influence cloud architecture and design decisions to align with risk appetite. - Work with enterprise architects, product managers, and cloud engineers to shape and improve platform architecture. - Enforce engineering standards and compliance across the platform. - Advise on best practices for implementation, containerization, and serverless strategies. - Define and track Key Risk Indicators for cloud infrastructure compliance. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform. - Produce and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
