**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM, ITSM **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end development of ServiceNow applications focused on Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Drive design, coding, testing, deployment, and support while collaborating with solution architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams. **Expactations:** - 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with comprehensive SPM/ITSM implementation background. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deliver quality code, and meet schedules. - Strong consulting mentality: clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Participate in requirement elicitation, technical design, and solution architecture discussions. 2. Develop and extend core SPM modules (Demand, Strategy & Goal, Capacity, Planning, Project) and ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change). 3. Configure CMDB and enforce ITIL best practices. 4.
