Job Description

**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather and formalise business requirements, produce documentation, and guide the development lifecycle from backlog definition to validation and post‑implementation support. **Expectations** - Capture detailed business needs and translate them into clear deliverables. - Facilitate collaboration between product owners, developers, QA and operations. - Support change‑management initiatives and training activities. - Demonstrate curiosity, strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Elicit and document functional requirements (specifications, user stories, business cases). 2. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in partnership with development teams. 3. Define test strategy, create test plans, coordinate testing activities and record test results (PV de recette). 4. Conduct workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders to clarify scopes and solutions. 5. Provide ongoing support for defect analysis, change requests and process improvements. 6. Participate in change‑management and training preparations. **Required Skills** - Requirement analysis and documentation (specs, user stories, functional specs). - Agile backlog grooming, sprint planning and backlog management. - Test planning and basic test execution. - Strong verbal and written communication; facilitation of workshops. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow (preferred); Squash optional. - Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL. - Ability to understand cross‑functional business problems and propose appropriate solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile/Scrum Master, ISTQB) are a plus but not mandatory.
