Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer & Administrator (L2/L3 Production Support) **Role Summary:** Provide advanced L2/L3 production support for Salesforce environments, focusing on Service Cloud, while performing administration, development, and deployment tasks. Ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements that meet business requirements. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely resolution of complex incidents and service requests. - Maintain high availability and performance of Salesforce orgs. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and deploy changes. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce Production, diagnosing and resolving issues. - Administer Salesforce platform: user management, security, data management, and configuration. - Develop and maintain Apex code, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Design, configure, and support Service Cloud features (cases, queues, macros, knowledge, omni‑channel). - Execute deployments using Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, or CI/CD pipelines. - Perform impact analysis, root cause investigations, and create documentation. - Participate in release planning, testing, and post‑deployment validation. - Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Service Cloud administration and customization. - Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. - Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Ant, SFDX, CI/CD). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. - Ability to handle production incidents and provide L2/L3 support. - Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). - Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred). - Additional certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer II are a plus.
